Are there any legal requirements?
Buying a holiday home is just like buying a car or caravan. There are no legal formalities like with bricks
and mortar. You simply sign a rental agreement. Please ask Barrons for specific terms
and conditions of sale.
Are there any hidden extras I will have to pay?
No – when we quote you a price it is inclusive of transportation, siting and connection.
What does it cost to run?
You need to pay a rental fee every year. You also need to pay for any water and
electricity you use, per quarter.
What happens if I want to sell my home?
Because there is no limit for how long a holiday home can stay on a Park, well looked after homes
sell very easily and don’t lose value quickly. You can advertise your home, contact Barrons and we
will assist you, or the Park owner may even have a list of people waiting for homes just like yours.
The Park owner may wish to meet the purchaser before the sale is complete.
What Next?
Barrons will gladly answer any of your questions, and arrange a viewing trip for you to see the Park
and surrounding area.
Contact the holiday homes departments for more details or pop along to our NE or NW branches to view the
Spanish made holiday homes and chat to our friendly staff.
